Credit purchases are digital and generally non-refundable once credits are delivered to the user account.
If a premium render fails after credits are charged, Picstagram automatically refunds those credits back to the user account.
Payment disputes, duplicate charges, or technical issues may be reviewed using the PayPal order ID and credit history.
Projects remain temporary, so users should download completed videos immediately.
Contact support for duplicate payment or technical billing concerns.
